Class

Class Descriptions:

Basic: Open to beginners, adults and teens (approx 12 and up, instructor’s discretion). Focus will be on basic techniques and 6th kyu requirements.

All Levels: Open to all teens and adults of any level including beginners.

All Levels & Weapons: Open to all teens and adults of any level including beginners. May or may not include weapons training.

Intermediate: Requires 4th kyu rank. Requires strong physical condition and ability to take advanced ukemi.
